Back in the Day

Ok. So I am new to blogging. Trying to figure out how to get myself off the couch, back in shape, weigh less, drink less, eat better, be happy . . . .

I am not asking for much, right?

In my mind I know that all of the things are possible. But why can't make it happen?

So here we go. Perhaps this will get me to my happy place
